Top Five Bruce Willis Performances

With Red opening this weekend, Bruce Willis is once again proving that being a middle aged bad ass is possible. For over two decades Willis has also shown that by bringing a substantial amount of his off screen persona to his characters, he can create iconic performances that film fans hold dear to their hearts. The past few years he has hit some rough patches with some really bad films (Cop Out, Surrogates, 16 Blocks, The Whole Ten Yards), but this list will have none of that. A Fond Farewell to Mr. Ledger: Review of “The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus”


Say what you will about Terry Gilliam; the man is a visionary. He has created some of the most original (if uneven) films of the past 30 years. “Brazil”, “The Fisher King”, and “12 Monkeys” are just a few of his stand outs, in my opinion. In his latest endeavor he injects a little bit of his previous films with a dash of Monty Python and a touch of darkness. “The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus” is another interesting work of art for his already extremely interesting resume.
